We’re proud to share that Star Systems India Private Limited is the first AI company to complete large-scale team certifications in two key areas of artificial intelligence, focused on strong foundations and real-world implementation.

Learning Before Leading

Instead of jumping straight into building, we made a conscious decision to first strengthen our fundamentals. As part of this effort, 24 members of our team completed the Anthropic – AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations Certification.

This learning experience helped our teams:

Understand AI beyond buzzwords and headlines

Think clearly about where AI fits into real business problems

Use AI responsibly and ethically

Communicate AI ideas better across teams and clients

It provided everyone with a shared language and a solid foundation to build upon, something that’s often lacking in fast-moving AI projects.

Turning Knowledge into Practice

Understanding AI is important. Knowing how to build with it is just as critical.

To bridge that gap, 13 team members went on to complete the Anthropic – Building with the Claude API Certification. This was a hands-on, practical learning experience focused on building real applications using large language models.

Through this, our teams learned how to:

Design AI-powered features that solve problems

Integrate conversational AI into products and workflows

Build systems that are secure, scalable, and ready for production

Move confidently from ideas to implementation

This step ensured that our AI work is not theoretical, but practical and usable.
